55&#8217;s will be playing April\u00a025-26 at Black Bob Park &#8211; 14500 W 151st St, Olathe, KS 66062 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/jw4ZhBVRfRvndaZ36\"><strong>https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/jw4ZhBVRfRvndaZ36<\/strong><\/a> .\u00a0 \u00a0The 65&#8217;s thru 80&#8217;s are playing on Thursday &amp; Friday, April 30-May 1 at Frank White Complex\u00a0&#8211; 3901 SW Longview Rd, Lee&#8217;s Summit, MO 64081 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/Ryc8bxvb4Rbtksna9\"><strong>https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/Ryc8bxvb4Rbtksna9<\/strong><\/a> .\u00a0 \u00a0And then the following weekend&#8211;May 2-3&#8211;the 60&#8217;s will be at Black Bob Park, again, while the women will be playing (same days) at Happy Rock Park\u00a0&#8211;\u00a07565 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119\u00a0&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/6y3tYj2ncBViQkF57\"><strong>https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/6y3tYj2ncBViQkF57<\/strong><\/a> .<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can you help?<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0We are always in need of assistance in the early morning hours on\u00a0the 1st day of each portion of the overall tournament&#8211;to help check-in the players.\u00a0 \u00a0Things slow down after that, whereby we just need to tend to the needs of the teams; this proposal simply adds leadership and board roles as additional qualifying service toward the same Ambassador recognition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>&#8220;CHANGES&#8221;\u00a0 TO\u00a0 OUR\u00a0 2025\u00a0 ALL-STAR\u00a0 GAMES \/ PICNIC \/ SKILLS\u00a0 CONTESTS\u00a0 VENUE<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The only thing constant\u00a0is change!&#8230;correct??\u00a0 Where are we going with this?\u00a0 Well, we were unable to keep\u00a0the Lee&#8217;s Summit Parks &amp; Recreation department personnel happy\u00a0enough in 2024 to retain the use of Hartman Park for our annual All-Star Games \/ Picnic \/ Skills Contests.\u00a0 The success of our event, seemingly, overwhelmed the capacity of Hartman Park&#8217;s parking lot&#8230;restricting\u00a0parking availability for\u00a0the citizens of Lee&#8217;s Summit.\u00a0 \u00a0Therefore, we were\u00a0asked to find a new location.\u00a0 So, we moved it to Black Bob Park in Olathe, KS in 2025.\u00a0\u00a0Repeat&#8230;&#8221;the only thing\u00a0constant is change&#8221;.\u00a0 That means Black Bob Park is unavailable to us in 2026 (due to scheduled young-men&#8217;s tournament play there on 9\/5 and 9\/12), so this season&#8217;s event will be moved to the September 12th date at Happy Rock Park &#8211;\u00a07565 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119 &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/t92wxnDUG6E8cYMq9\"><strong>https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/t92wxnDUG6E8cYMq9<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The food service, i.e., whether we will preparing that\u00a0ourselves, or if we will engage in the services of Two Guys and a Grill again this year, has not yet been decided.<\/p>\n<p>More details to come in future monthly newsletters.\u00a0\u00a0Nonetheless, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of your board members &#8212;
